Operation program grant (OPG) proposal : child, family and community development

Kitts-Nevis Ministry of Education (MOE) to provide child care services. Specific outputs are to: (1) build, equip, and provide trained staff for a country-wide network of centers providing child day care in the context of family and community development; (2) help the MOE design/conduct a comprehensive, policy-oriented assessment of child care needs; (3) develop the organizational infrastructure - at the ministerial, national, and grassroots levels - needed for future program expansion; and (4) evaluate, document, and disseminate information on the above-noted development process in order to support its continuance, growth, and replication.
