PASA -- Participating Agency Service Agreement between Agency for International Development and US Public Health Service, Department of Health and Human Services [for pharmaceutical medical supplies procurement and technical services -- IAA component]

Public Health Service (USPHS) to assist in the procurement of U.S. medical equipment, supplies, and pharmaceuticals for the Nicaraguan health system. The USPHS will (1) assess the Ministry of Health"s logistics systems and its medical equipment/supply needs, and (2) purchase and deliver the needed supplies and pharmaceuticals. This activity is part of the IAA component of the EGAD project.
