Abstract
The company's primary focus is on delivering safe, reliable, and affordable electricity to its valued customers. As part of PPL's 2019-2030 Reform Agenda, the organization is working to improve service delivery to its most valuable customers, the large Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment. Key initiatives under the Reform Agenda include the establishment of a dedicated Customer Engagement Team, which is responsible for serving large C&I customers. Each large customer is assigned an Account Executive who can be reached directly on a 24/7 basis. This dedicated support is designed to provide customers with a single point of contact for their electricity needs, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues. The Customer Engagement Team is committed to proactive service, engaging with customers to identify and resolve potential issues before they affect business operations. This proactive approach aims to minimize disruptions and ensure continuous electricity supply to customers. Additionally, the team is committed to transparency, keeping customers informed and up to date in advance of outages or any other grid issues that may affect their electricity service. Implementation of the Reform Agenda is ongoing, with a focus on improving service delivery to large C&I customers. The Customer Engagement Team is working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements. By providing dedicated support, proactive service, and transparency, PPL aims to establish itself as a reliable and trusted partner for its large C&I customers. The geographic focus of PPL's Reform Agenda is Papua New Guinea, with a specific emphasis on improving service delivery to large C&I customers across the country. The timeframes for implementation are outlined in the 2019-2030 Reform Agenda, with ongoing efforts to improve service delivery and meet the evolving needs of customers. Recommendations for future improvements are being developed through ongoing engagement with customers and stakeholders, with a focus on delivering safe, reliable, and affordable electricity to all customers.
