Abstract
The consultant team recommends that the experimental projects be innovative, small-scale, and replicable elsewhere in Central Tunisia; that they benefit low-income families and generate employment; and that they not be limited to one geographic area or economic sector. Implementation will require inter-agency coordination. Some potential project interventions are suggested.
