Project to help Private Agencies Collaborating Together (PACT) expand support to PVO programs that promote rural development in LDC"s.

Abstract

A.I.D. funds will support 60 new projects and 110 refundings, primarily in Africa and Asia, but also in Latin America, and will provide support grants to 100 indigenous PVO"s and six larger grants to consortia of indigenous PVO"s.
