Grant is provided under the Matching Grants to PVOs project (9380158) to Technoserve to support the development of small and medium-sized community-based agricultural enterprises in rural areas of Africa and Latin America.

Abstract
To this end, Technoserve plans, inter alia, to: form a TA network, develop a management information system standardized across countries, strengthen and expand its affiliates, provide training and TA to improve the service and credit programs of co-ops and farm associations, improve agricultural production and natural resource management, promote autonomous country programs, provide impact analyses and evaluation training to program advisors, and develop a field operations database system.
