Abstract
PES covers the period 6/82-2/84 and consists of a facesheet attached to special evaluation XD-AAQ-926-A. Action decisions call for: (1) the design and implementation of a detailed Centre workplan which incorporates the Facility workplan; (2) recruitment for TA counterparts at the Centre and Facility; and (3) a project extension, including renewed contracts and funding for the two project advisors.
