Abstract
References for more detailed information are provided as well. The paper focuses on three major types of data frequently collected at the level of the individual household member: anthropometry data; health-related information; and dietary intake data. Experiences about conducting field surveys in Malawi and Indonesia provide additional insights into avoiding common errors in the design and implementation of health and nutrition surveys.
