Abstract
Final PES covers the period 8/80-8/81 and is based on document review, site visits, and interviews with involved personnel. Construction of the Hermandad Training Center is complete and, except for two courses, most training targets were surpassed. The Hermandad Board of Directors, the Center"s administrative staff, and the community all worked closely to complete the construction and training activities. The Center also achieved its objective of cooperation with governmental and private training programs operating in the area. Hermandad received excellent cooperation from, inter alia, the Ministry of Natural Resources; the three local cooperatives (Coffee, Savings and Loan, and Food Processor; the Worker"s Society; the municipality; the Regional Development Board; and the Comite Evangelico de Emergencia Nacional (CEDEN).
