Follow-on project to help the Save the Children Federation (SCF) upgrade its field-programming capabilities in self-help community development.

Abstract

SCF will continue to improve the capacities of LDC communities in self-managed economic and social development; strengthen the capacities of SCF field office teams to plan projects and collaborate with host governments and multiple donors; optimize use of SCF headquarters resources; and share lessons learned within SCF and internationally.
