Abstract
Evaluation coves the period 5/1/75-12/31/78 and consists of a PES facesheet attached to a special evaluation of the SCF project (XD-AAF-643-1). PES notes that the project, which was completed during the planned three years, was able to achieve its objective of promoting CBIRD programs. Recommendations made in the special ex post evaluation will be implemented by SCF as needed.
