Abstract
city- or state-based groups and counterparts in Latin America. Evaluation, which consists of a PES facesheet, covers the period 1/1/75-11/30/80 and is based on an attached special evaluation (PD-AAG-338-C1). The approved action decision is to discuss the special evaluation with the National Association of PA early in 1981 to determine which of the recommendations are appropriate and feasible to implement.
