Abstract
PES covers the period 10/77-9/80 and consists of a facesheet attached to a special evaluation (XD-AAL-907A). Funds were approved for specialized U.S. college-level training in management and principles, human relations, and project implementation for the incumbent Executive Secretary. Provision has been made for in-service training of local staff (5/79-9/81). CVSS has assisted member organizations primarily in projects relating to health and to the aged and has also submitted a proposal for future activities.
