Strengthening rural health delivery project : special evaluation FY 81-5

Evaluation, which covers the period 9/76-2/81, consists of a PES facesheet, followed by a full evaluation report (PD-AAI- 169-B1). A cover memorandum provides a summary of the report. Listed on the facesheet are actions to be undertaken by USAID/B concerning negotiations with the Ministry of Health (MOH) regarding the special evaluation team"s recommendations: developing a new project implementation plan and submitting it to the MOH; approving a revised Project Paper; amending the Grant Agreement and the Westinghouse contract; and having additional technical assistance and MOH personnel assigned to the project.
