Abstract
The evaluation covered the period 7/88- 12/89. The implementing agency, Planning Assistance, has made excellent progress. FHI has, in large part, already become a strong, self- sufficient development agency, and the majority of future assistance should be provided to ADRA and especially the 16 diocesan programs of CARITAS. An important accomplishment of the project has been the design and establishment of a common monetization program. See also abstract of XD-ABB-736-A.
