TRANSFER OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT SKILLS

Current training activities meet project agreement criteria, as do consultant services. Both, however were underestimated in project design, and recruitment of consultants required more time than anticipated. Increased recruitment of consultant training staff and increased utilization of Thai educational facilities has been suggested by Thai government. Also suggested was increased Thai voice in definition of development categories receiving assistance. Summary of recommendations from 1977 evaluation contained as annex A; revised logical framework contained as annex B.
