Abstract
This report profiles the land legislation proposed as a result of the policy reform, and the surrounding policy and financial environment; assesses the progress of the National Housing Corporation (NHC) in completing the tasks set forth in Phase II of USAID"s assistance program related to corporate restructuring, property management and sales, asset valuation, property development, and privatization of both its subsidiaries and key functions; and proposes Phase III of USAID support for NHC efforts.
