Abstract
Specific targets are, inter alia, to initiate dialogues and cultural activities to promote mediation, to involve elders and youth in culture sensitive activities, to create awareness of human rights through music and printed materials, and to organize for "purification" and covenanting ceremonies that can ameliorate the guilty feelings of those who took part in atrocities and discourage revenge. In the first year, the target areas will be Nyamira Bomet axis; Meteitei Muhoroni axis; and Uasin Gishu/Keiyo/Nandi axis. The particular target will be the aggressors who have not been reached by anti-clash initiatives.
