Grant to the Colegio de Peritos Mercantiles y Contadores Publicos de Honduras to establish a Technical Institute for Accountants (ITEC) which will offer a two-year accountant training program, professional continuing education in accounting, and a competency certification program for bookkeepers and accountants.
