Abstract
Evaluation consists of a PES facesheet attached to a special evaluation (XD-AAJ-229-A) and covers the period 1/80-6/81; no methodology is mentioned. While no major project changes are offered, it is recommended that: (1) family members, especially parents, of FASINARM (Fundacion de Asistencia Psicopedagogica a los Ninos y Adolescentes Retardados Mentales) students be more fully involved in the student"s special education vocational training and job placement; (2) FASINARM develop a well-defined remuneration policy (consistent with Ecuadorean labor laws) for students in training; and (3) an instructional package be developed to aid in implementing special education programs, vocational training, and placement.
