Abstract
Evaluation, consisting of a PES facesheet attached to a special evaluation (PD-AAI-465-A1) and A.I.D."s comments on that evaluation (XD-AAJ-085-A), covers the period 7/77-3/81. A.I.D. has decided to leave the decision to replicate ICONE with the Regional Bureaus and to transmit to ICONE/Manila participants the results of the project and A.I.D."s appreciation of their participation.
