Electoral Security Framework Handbook

It provides a comprehensive framework for assessing, planning, and programming electoral security interventions to prevent, manage, or mediate electoral conflict. The handbook is designed for USAID Democracy and Governance Officers and aims to fill a knowledge gap in addressing election violence. The framework consists of four components: electoral security assessment, planning, programming, and monitoring and evaluation. It offers a diagnostic instrument to profile electoral conflict and develop program strategies and activities to address it.
