Abstract
DINEPA was the first Haitian governmental agency with this dual mandate, and USAID has been a key supporter. During the past 12 years, DINEPA has worked to put in place a national strategy for improving sanitation and organized several national workshops. This report compiles DINEPA’s experience with urban sanitation experiences in Haiti, including lessons learned for future application of reforms within the water and sanitation sector.
