Multi-Stakeholder Evaluation of Agriculture and Livestock Value Chain Activities in Kenya

They are interested in learning from one another’s experiences with value chain interventions, determining what design and implementation approaches are working or have worked in Kenya, and understanding why those approaches have been successful. The Kenya Development Partners agreed to undertake a joint evaluation of agriculture and livestock value chain activities they fund with a focus on information sharing about the design and implementation of new value chain interventions. The evaluation results are intended to articulate a common frame of reference and approaches for donors to use in designing and implementing agriculture and livestock value chain development activities in support of Kenya’s Medium Term Investment Plan (MTIP), and the Kenya Agricultural Sector Development Strategy (ASDS).
