Community Engagement Preparation Guide for SCIL Survey

This document is a preparation guide for the Community Engagement component of the Solid Waste Capacity Index for Local Governments (SCIL) survey.

Abstract

It provides an overview of the Yes/No questions in the survey, which assess a local government's community engagement in solid waste management. The questions cover topics such as stakeholder engagement, public outreach, complaint mechanisms, and education and awareness programs. The guide is intended to help participants prepare for the assessment by reviewing the questions and gathering evidence to support their responses.
