Abstract
It provides an overview of the 36 Yes/No questions contained in the SCIL survey questions, which assess the local government's solid waste management planning process. The questions cover various aspects, including stakeholder input, research, goal-setting, understanding of the current waste management system, future actions, disposal and treatment facilities, waste reduction and reuse plans, financial strategy, and administrative strategies for rolling out the plan. The document aims to help participants review and gather evidence to support their answers, which will ultimately contribute to the formation of a SCIL Score.
