Abstract
The checklist is designed to support the monitoring and supervision of nutrition activities at the local government level in Uganda. It consists of 7 sections, covering NCC composition, technical guidance, coordination and partnerships with nutrition stakeholders, planning, budgeting, and resource mobilization. The checklist is intended to be used by district/LLG level stakeholders, including DNCC members, municipality coordination committee members, departments, and implementing partners, to monitor the implementation of nutrition activities, check on the functionality of NCCs, identify gaps, and make recommendations to the LLG.
