USAID PLUS APS: Grants for Urban Sustainability and Pollution Reduction in Uganda

The APS aims to disseminate information about the PLUS GUC activity objectives and plans for the period ending September 30, 2024, and to provide fair and equal opportunities to eligible U.S. and non-U.S. Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) to submit innovative concept papers and/or applications for grant support. The PLUS activity focuses on reducing pollution and waste in urban areas, with a particular emphasis on enhancing the health and livelihoods of the most vulnerable urban communities. The document outlines the goals, objectives, and requirements for eligible organizations to apply for grants to support environmental defenders working in-country to reduce toxic chemical, plastic, air, and climate-related pollution in peri-urban and urban areas.
