USAID SCIL C3 Financial Management Survey for Vietnamese Local Governments (Solid Waste Management)

The questionnaire is part of the Solid Waste Management Capacity Index (SCIL) tool and focuses on the financial management component. It consists of 24 questions that evaluate the local government's financial planning, budgeting, and management practices related to solid waste management. The questions are designed to assess the government's ability to manage finances, allocate resources, and make informed decisions about solid waste management.
