USAID SCIL C1 Planning Vietnamese Survey: Solid Waste Management Capacity Assessment

It is part of the Solid Waste Management Index (SCIL) toolkit, which evaluates the local government's ability to manage solid waste. The questionnaire consists of 36 questions, divided into six sections, covering aspects such as planning, waste collection, waste treatment, waste reduction, financial strategies, and administrative strategies. The questions are designed to gather information on the local government's current practices, policies, and plans for solid waste management, with a focus on 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) principles. The survey aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the local government's SWM capacity and identify areas for improvement.
