Abstract
The package includes three success stories: the first story describes how the project helped a health care facility in Pujehun district improve its IPC/WASH readiness, the second story tells the story of a maternal community health post in Freetown that was revitalized with support from the project, and the third story highlights the impact of quality improvement training on health care facilities in four targeted districts. The stories demonstrate the project's efforts to strengthen the health system's response to COVID-19 and future infectious disease outbreaks.
