The manual is divided into modules that cover five key skill sets: Group Management, Business and Marketing Skills, Savings and Financial Skills, Technology and Innovation Skills, and Natural Resource Management Skills. The manual also includes appendices with sample workshop announcement flyers, evaluation forms, and certificate templates.
