Abstract
The assessment aimed to evaluate the quality of health data collected from 31 health facilities between July 2021 and September 2021. The report presents the findings of the assessment, including the accuracy of data transmission, data quality issues, and recommendations for improving data quality. The report also provides an overview of the methodology used, including the descriptive cross-sectional design and Lot Quality Assurance Sampling (LQAS) approach.
