Abstract

Evaluation covers the period 7/76-7/80, and consists of a PES facesheet preceding a special project evaluation conducted by the Overseas Liaison Committee of the American Council on Education (PD-AAG-474-C1). The authors recommend that the Project Paper and financial plan be amended to authorize a five-year extension of the project. Recommendations from the evaluation should be incorporated into the project design.
