Abstract
The program's primary objective is to increase productivity, competitiveness, and sales of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as processed vegetables. To achieve this goal, the program focuses on several key areas, including implementing value chain linkages, increasing access to finance, and enhancing public-private dialogue and organizational capacity. During the first fiscal quarter of 2012, the program made significant progress in implementing value chain linkages. Subcontracts were signed with lead facilitators to implement value chain linkages and non-value chain linkages. The program also conducted an impact assessment to evaluate the environmental compliance of AgBiz activities.
