AID contract no. AID/PHA/C-1137 with Edmond C. Hutchinson to serve as Executive Director of The Asia Foundation External Review Panel

The panel, which will be composed of 5 private citizens with wide experience in the fields of development, academe, foreign affairs, and public service, will review TAF policies, objectives, and activities and their relationship to U.S. interests in Asia and to the programs of TAF"s two main sources of financial support -- A.I.D. and the State Department"s Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs.
