Grant is provided to CARE under the PVO Co-financing project in Kenya to strengthen local grassroots capacity to address unemployment among youth in Taita Tevanta and Makueni districts of Kenya.

Abstract
Under the project, CARE will establish two Participatory Information Gathering and Dissemination Groups, and will help the groups to establish cost-recovery systems, develop annual plans, and mobilize savings in administration and interventions management.
