Abstract
The International Center for Research on Women (ICRW) will be responsible for managing the research process. ICRW will assemble a Technical Advisory Group, develop a conceptual research framework, select 15 research proposals for funding, and monitor the progress of research subgrants, providing TA as needed. Knowledge generated in the program will be disseminated through a brief newsletter on lessons learned, a research report series, two synthesis papers, publications in peer review journals, and participation in international conferences. Based on the research findings, ICRW will make recommendations for the Agency AIDS program.
