Abstract
The IRC will subgrant funds to Afghanaid, a British PVO, to enable it to continue for 3 months its cash-for-food program, which supplies Afghans who have fled their war zone homes and taken refuge in the mountains with money to buy food inside Afghanistan. Afghanaid will also extend this program further to the North, and will explore the possibility of developing a simple agricultural program.
