Grant is provided under the Technical Services and Support project (3060200) to the Agency Coordinating Body for Afghan Relief (ACBAR) to continue its efforts in coordinating NGO humanitarian assistance activities inside Afghanistan and in Afghan refugee camps in Pakistan.

Abstract

ACBAR will increase the effectiveness of NGO activities by encouraging voluntary repatriation of Afghan refugees, promoting the technical and administrative development of Afghan NGO"s, and promoting targeting of women as beneficiaries of NGO assistance.
