Abstract
ANRC will collaborate with the League of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (LICROSS) to implement the project. Working with other relief agencies, LICROSS will identify refugee groups in need of basic clothing and household equipment and provide them with such items as cotton shawls, khadar cloth, kitchen sets, and water containers.
