Abstract
This grant will increase the capital of the EDSA Small Builders Bridging Loan Fund, and will permit the Fund, now focused on the PWV (Pretoria-Witwatersrand-Vereeniging) region, to expand into the Durban and Cape Town areas. The funds provided will assist black building contractors to compete for and participate in private and public sector construction works in South Africa.
