AID grant no. AID/NESA-G-1184 to the Catholic Relief Services to support a program for rural self-help projects in agriculture, health, and education in Jerusalem/West Bank

Potential projects include market roads, irrigation works, poultry and livestock projects, maternal/child health centers, protected water supply, and elementary and vocational schools. Upon completion of the projects, CRS will continue to work with the villages to reinforce and institutionalize self-help activities. Special efforts will be made to integrate women into project decisionmaking. Additional projects in additional villages will be initiated as funds permit.
