AID grant no. CCN-0001-G-00-3030-00 to the Armenian Assembly of America Relief Funds, Inc. in support of its `Proposal to strengthen the Republic of Armenia"s logistics capabilities in response to the `winter crisis" of 1992/93"

to help the Republic of Armenia to create a logistic data and enhanced logistics operation center to manage the receipt and allocation of humanitarian assistance received from the international community during the "winter crisis" of 1992/93, a period when the country was on the brink of famine. Funds provided by this 3/93 grant will reimburse the Assembly for expenditures incurred for the above purposes during the period 12/92-3/93.
