AID grant no. CCS-0001-G-00-2077-00 to Cooperative for American Relief Everywhere (CARE) for a feeding program for poverty group pregnant and lactating mothers and children in the NIS

CARE will distribute 7,500 MTs of whole dried milk -- 2,500 MT in Moscow, 1,000 MT in St. Petersburg, and 2,000 MT each in Ekaterinburg and Perm. Most of the milk will be distributed to pregnant and lactating mothers and children, with the balance to other needy persons, especially elderly pensioners. In all, 926,000 persons will benefit.
