AID grant no. OTR-0086-G-SS-5199-00 to Eddie Mahe, Jr. & Associates, Inc. to support a program of election assistance

& Associates to develop a program of election assistance focusing on the mechanics of the election process and on the use of trained observers to evaluate the integrity of targeted elections. Activities under the grant will include a review of pertinent literature, debriefing of election experts, and observing actual elections, all with a view to establishing a core group of election experts who will be available to A.I.D. and other organizations.
