Abstract
CPA will provide in-country training programs for women in Egypt, Indonesia, and Peru during 1980-81, and in up to 3 additional countries during the following two years. The month-long training sessions will be provided to 125 women during the first year and 150 during the second. Participants will include WIM staff, in-country facilitators, and those involved in project planning, budgeting, and evaluation techniques. The project will also provide TA for the development, implementation, and evaluation of projects identified during the training programs. Follow-up studies of program impact on the skills, opportunities, and effectiveness of trainees and their organizations will also be conducted.
