Abstract
The training will be designed primarily though not exclusively for participants who have training responsibilities as part of their job. Each seminar will be 9 weeks in length, and will be conducted in the language of the host country. Eight sites have been tentatively selected: Kenya; a Francophone West African country; Honduras; Venezuela; Brazil; a country in the Near East; Indonesia; and Korea. Practical Concepts will implement the project. Project Paper Amendment of 7/3/80 funds two additional courses: one, to be held in Togo, for women, on planning agribusiness projects; and the second, a 6-day seminar in Panama for public sector personnel, on executive management.
