The Alianza para Servicios Digitales y Financieros, also known as Alianza Crece, is a five-year project initiated in 2017 with the goal of modernizing and diversifying local markets in areas of Alternative Development in prioritized localities of the regions Huánuco, San Martín, and Ucayali.

Abstract
The project aims to expand internet services, strengthen competencies in information technologies (TIC), and increase access to financial services. The Alianza is composed of Peruvian companies from the technology and telecommunications sector, such as Internet Para Todos (IpT) and CISCO, as well as the financial sector, including MiBanco, Financiera Confianza, Microfinanzas Prisma, Caja Los Andes, Universidad del Pacífico, and Kaudal - Laboratoria. The project has selected 53 localities in the regions of Huánuco, San Martín, and Ucayali, where internet services will be expanded, and where the population will have access to financial services. During the fifth year of the project, the focus will be on ensuring the continuity of the project's objectives, discontinuing activities that are no longer relevant, and incorporating new activities that respond to the challenges encountered during the previous period. The project will prioritize the development of connectivity and digital tools, with the goal of promoting the effective use of internet and TIC among the population, small businesses, the financial sector, and public institutions. The project will implement several activities, including the operation of telecentros, the implementation of internet services in prioritized localities, and the provision of training in digital tools and technologies. The project will also promote the use of digital tools in entrepreneurship, through the provision of training in digital skills and the promotion of digital inclusion. The project aims to achieve several objectives, including the expansion of internet services to 15,000 clients, the training of 10,000 people in digital skills, and the promotion of digital inclusion among the population.
