Abstract
The project's primary objective is to support the Government of Nepal in rebuilding and strengthening the country's infrastructure, particularly in the areas affected by the 2015 earthquakes. The project is divided into three task orders: Kathmandu Valley, Makawanpur District, and Sindhuli District. Each task order focuses on construction management, community engagement, environmental compliance, and health and safety. In the Kathmandu Valley, the project team conducted construction management activities, including site supervision, quality control, and environmental monitoring. Community engagement activities included coordination meetings with local stakeholders, training programs for school staff, and outreach activities to promote the project's objectives. In Makawanpur District, the project team implemented construction management activities, including site supervision, quality control, and environmental monitoring.
